[ ]4@$L Xpγ$ <This must be a reprint because it differs from the 1st ed. The books were mostly reprinted with each new cover style. However, this is not always the case and sometimes certain books were not reprinted with every new cover. We know, for instance, that books 1 to 7 were definitely republished with the green serrated line. However, I do not know if all the books preceding book 37 were republished with no number on the cover or on the spine (and it is unlikely given that this was only in operation for a very short time.) Because I do not yet have a comprehensive record of reprinted books and their covers I have not ruled out the possibility of these covers existing, hence each has a check box for the time being.<9 B$ XPP? #@(]4@$H LbC~L3\0 <No Special Edition Published although an advert showing the special edition cover for this book was on the back of the Cartoon Magazine< at B XPP?I#L]4@l ^Z9kY@rCS) <<=Advertised on the back of Warlock Magazine but not published< <M!Kenny & Anna Beudenc) Ken BeudennG Ken Beudenn>-@KKK??@@7 Sheet1ggD Sheet1ThisWorkbook_VBA_PROJECT dirE !"#$%&'()*+,-./0123456789:;<=>?@ABCDFGHIJKLOPQRSUVWYZ[]C6ُ#xME (SLSS<N0{00020820-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}8(%H xAttribute VB_Name = "She@et1" Bast0{00020820- C$0046} |Global!SpacFalse dCreatablPre declaIdTru BExposeTemplateDeriv$BustomLizD2 6Y-#xME (SLSS<N0{00020819-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}8(%HxAttribute VB_Name = "ThisWorkbook" Bas0{00020P819-0C$0046} |GlobalSpacFalse dCreatablPredeclaIdTru BExposeTemplateDerivBustomizD2as *\G{000204EF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}#4.0#9#C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\MICROS~1\VBA\VBA6\VBE6.DLL#Visual Basic For Applications*\G{00020813-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}#1.4#0#C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\EXCEL.EXE#Microsoft Excel 10.0 Object Library*\G{00020430-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}#2.0#0#C:\WINDOWS\system32\STDOLE2.TLB#OLE Automation(*\G{2DF8D04C-5BFA-101B-BDE5-00AA0044DE52}#2.2#0#C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office10\MSO.DLL#Microsoft Office 10.0 Object Library sD 6 Sheet10744a30273 Sheet1IThisWorkbook0144aadfccThisWorkbookY- %@ M1IMߐ`+UD vha%Excel+VBAWin16~Win32MacVBA6#Project1 stdole` VBAProjectOfficeuSheet1 _Evaluate Worksheet ThisWorkbook|WorkbookkT$0* pHd VBAProject4@j = r sD J< rstdole>stdole h%^*\G{00020430-C 0046}#2.0#0#C:\WINDOWS\system32\STDOLE2.TLB# Automation`E OfficEOficEE2DF8D04C-5BFA-101B-BDE5EAAC42Egram Files\CommonMicrosoft S@hared\@10\MSO.DL L# 10.0 Ob Li`braryK6Sheet1GSeft1T2NHB1BoIB,"B +BBThisWorkbook(G@T@isWurkbo 2 $%$Y-$B&Sheet1Sheet1ThisWorkbookThisWorkbookID="{AEBB2FB6-4B7F-4219-92AA-DB2AE6F98956}" Document=Sheet1/&H00000000 Document=ThisWorkbook/&H00000000 Name="VBAProject" HePROJECTwmM>PROJECTNiSummaryInformation( TDocumentSummaryInformation8XlpContextID="0" VersionCompatible32="393222000" CMG="1715322D5E537157715771577157" DPB="2E2C0B46354A4D4B4D4B4D" GC="4547607B60936193616C" [Host Extender Info] &H00000001={3832D640-CF90-11CF-8E43-00A0C911005A};VBE;&H00000000 Oh+'0@H`t Kenneth Beuden Ken BeudendMicrosoft Excel@s@ Z՜.+,0 PXh px A&K Ltd{ Checklist Worksheets FMicrosoft Excel WorksheetBiff8Excel.Sheet.89qCompObj\f
