There is a kingdom of Elves in southwest Khul in the Jungles of Transoxalia, also known as the Western Cloudhigh Forest. Although never part of the One Forest this is an ancient woodland. It is believed that the migration of elves to this forest predates the splitting of Irritaria by many centuries. They have little or no contact with other Wood Elves of Khul and thus have developed separately from their cousins in north east Khul. Whereas in northeast Khul, the elves are divided into tribal groups with tribal chiefs, the WoodElves of south west Khul are organised into one Kingdom.
