Once the chief servant of Arachnos, it grew too strong, and so it was posted to the eastern borders of Deathmoor to guard the borders of Arachnos' domain. It is many tentacled and hates to be disturbed. Tentacles sprout from what should be its shoulders and webbed feet walk in the mud beneath it. Its piercing eyes glare above a beak-like mouth and it is surrounded by the stench of its hoard of rotting flesh. A ruined farmhouse was the last home to the Tantaflex where it was killed by the Lonely Mariner.
