A smoke-filled gambling den in the heart of the Old Quarter of Ashkyos. In here can be found many races of Titan hoping for Sindla to smile down upon them. Men, Dwarves, Half-Ogres and even Gnomes may be found there playing with cards and dice. Stavian's boasts many forms of gambling, even a knuckle-bones table where real knuckle-bones are used to play the game. Suffice it to say that Stavian's attracts a clientele not noted for its virtue, and many an underworld deal has been struck there.
