Description:
An ancient kingdom of northeast Khul left a number of legacies to the latter kingdoms and cultures that followed it. One such concept was that of the Number of the Ruler's Sway. Twenty-One was held to be a sacred number to the ruler and adorned many emblems as such. A number of kingdoms of the region, including Arion continue this tradition.
