An adventurer mercenary of great renown. Famous for many exploits, but little known on a personal basis. The name Lonely Mariner implies a forlorn existence but evidence suggests that this hero enjoys their own company. In recent years the Mariner's most famous exploit has been the rescuer of Princess Telessa of Arion from the clutches of Arachnos under Deathmoor.

Despite an offer of half the kingdom, the Lonely Mariner was last seen sailing off into the Gulf of Arion to continue a restful existence before, no doubt, embarking on another adventure.
