One of the great ports of the Ximoran protectorate and a member of the Council of Seven. It sits at the mouth of the Swordflow River. Kelther was one of the first settlements to spring up on the coast of western Khul after the Splitting of Irritaria but did not grow in size until the rise of Klarash. It is said that its locational history as a port goes back even further in time as that coastline was much unchanged save for the destruction of settlements due to tsunami. The rulers of Klarash were soon intermarried with the royal house of Buruna and thus even to this day are referred to as Princes. Sadly in 243 AC, 29th Corn Ripening (28th Fire), Prince Darrow of Kelther was killed by a tiger. Kelther is famed for its meat pies, although Neuberg comes a close second.
