The lord of Fallow Dale at the end of the third century AC in northeast Khul. It was his proud boast that the fortifications of his castle were purely for external enemies, with the villages of the Dale living at peace with one another. Hever aided the Monarch of Arion in the quest to kill Morgana by giving the Monarch his families famous Horn, known as the Horn of Hever. In his halls, Hever is renowned for his hospitality and feasts, where all manner of race meet and make merry. Among his guests have been included Elves, Dwarves, Bird Men and Giants, all rubbing shoulders with one another and the men of the castle.
