Description:
Used in the brewing of a number of Kazanid magical potions. Mixed with Volcano Dust brews a potion bringing the Power of Persuasion; with 1000-fathom seawater brews a potion bestowing the Power of Stormbringing; and with Mist from the Mithrir Forest brews a potion bestowing the Power of Fortune.
