Description:
A prized relic of the Boulyanthrop people. The talon enables its master to call upon the help of winged creatures on one occasion during the possession of the relic. The magic spell to invoke this power is thus chanted whilst holding up talon, "Two wings, Three Talons and Seven Lives".
