Description:
One of the most notorious pirates of the Inland Sea of Southern Khul. The Captain of the Banshee became more infamous in beating Abdul the Butcher to the title of 'King of Pirates, Sacker of Cities'. This title is coveted by the many pirates of the Inland Sea and is only earned, never bestowed. Being so named the Captain of the Banshee became an anti-hero of great renown.
