Description:
Although found all over Titan, Khul has a higher incidence of these people. The cult of the god Decay has long been practiced around the edges of the Scythera Desert, with temples such as that near Assur on the Inland Sea being dedicated to the god and his brother Disease. Also, the location of the city of Shakuru within the desert further enhances the profile of this worship.
