There is no map yet of this area which you wish to explore. To the northwest, the Ocean of Tempests meets the Ocean of Serpents and beyond Allansia. The Islands of Refuge are well named and were they infested with Dragons it would still be advisable to rest there, for the Ocean of Tempests would be less forgiving.

To the north, past Targul, the vast Ocean of Serpents awaits. If directly north is your aim then they say the sea does not end until it freezes. Sailing north east will take you to the Old World, and although it is often traversed it is still a dangerous crossing.

Just be sure to pray to Hydana, forgetting not his brothers Sukh and Pangara, for the storms and winds of the ocean have claimed more victims than the Kraken.
